You can book an initial consultation with a Superior Provider online or schedule a free discovery call with a member of our care team.

During this first visit, your provider gets to know your symptoms, history, and goals so your care plan reflects your whole health picture.

Step One:
Book Your First Appointment

Step Two: Complete Your Lab Work

Before your consultation, lab work is required to help your provider understand what your body needs.
  • Labs can be completed within 24–48 hours of booking your appointment at your nearest Labcorp.

  • You will receive a lab confirmation from our team with instructions, depending on your state and service.

  • Once your results return, they sync directly to Superior Health’s medical team.

Labs allow us to create a plan that is safe, individualized, and based on objective data.

Step Three: Complete Required Forms & Verification

Before your appointment, you’ll need to finish a few important steps so your provider can prepare for your visit.

  • Review and sign your consent forms

  • Provide your health history details

  • Upload a state-issued photo IDs

IMPORTANT: Your prescriptions cannot be processed or sent to the pharmacy, if you don’t complete the items listed above.

Your consultation is where everything comes together. Your provider will review:

  • Your lab results

  • Medical history and current symptoms

  • Lifestyle factors and wellness goals

This is a collaborative conversation. You’ll discuss options, ask questions, and determine which health options feel right for you.

Step Four: Meet With Your Superior Provider

Your provider will only recommend treatment if it’s clinically appropriate based on your lab values, medical eligibility, and health goals.

Step Five: Receive Your Approved Superior Products

Once your provider finalizes your plan, any approved products or prescriptions will be filled through Superior’s partnered third-party licensed pharmacies and shipped directly to your home.

• Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days
• Your care team will review dosing, storage, and follow-up instructions
• Refills, adjustments, and ongoing support are available through the Member Hub.
