You can book an initial consultation with a Superior Provider online or schedule a free discovery call with a member of our care team.

During this first visit, your provider gets to know your symptoms, history, and goals so your care plan reflects your whole health picture.
Step Two:
Complete Your Lab Work
Before your consultation, lab work is required to help your provider understand what your body needs.-
Labs can be completed within 24–48 hours of booking your appointment at your nearest Labcorp.
You will receive a lab confirmation from our team with instructions, depending on your state and service.
Once your results return, they sync directly to Superior Health’s medical team.
Labs allow us to create a plan that is safe, individualized, and based on objective data.
Step Three:
Complete Required Forms & Verification
Before your appointment, you’ll need to finish a few important steps so your provider can prepare for your visit.

Upload a state-issued photo IDs
IMPORTANT: Your prescriptions cannot be processed or sent to the pharmacy, if you don’t complete the items listed above.
Step Four:
Meet With Your Superior Provider
Your consultation is where everything comes together. Your provider will review your lab results and build a health plan around your goals.

Step Five:
Receive Your
Approved Superior Products
Once your provider finalizes your plan, any approved products or prescriptions will be filled through Superior’s partnered third-party licensed pharmacies and shipped directly to your home.-
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days
Your care team will review dosing, storage, and follow-up instructions
Refills, adjustments, and ongoing support are available through the Superior Resource Hub.
Your provider will only recommend treatment if it’s clinically appropriate based on your lab results, medical eligibility, and health goals.

Complete Lab Work: You will need to complete lab work prior to your consultation. Lab work can be done within 24-48 hours of booking your appointment.
Meet with a Superior Provider: During your consultation, we will review your lab results, medical history, and health goals.
Receive Your Approved Products: Your approved Superior products and prescriptions will be delivered directly to you within 7-10 business days.

Yes—lab work is essential for understanding your unique health profile and determining the most effective treatment plan. Our coordinators will guide you through the process and help you get your labs done locally at LabCorp.
The minimum lab tests we require include:
CBC (Complete Blood Count)
CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)
Thyroid Panel
Lipid Panel
Hormone Panel (including Testosterone, Estradiol, FSH, LH, and PSA for men, Progesterone for women)
We recommend submitting your lab results at least 3 days before your provider appointment to allow time for review and any follow-up testing if needed.
The $150 new patient fee covers both your required lab work and your initial provider appointment.

Yes! All appointments are conveniently done through secure telemedicine, allowing you to receive care from anywhere in Texas or Florida.

Yes—our providers are currently licensed in Texas and Florida. Telehealth services are currently available to patients residing in states where Superior providers are licensed. You must have a shipping address located in a participating state and must be a resident of Texas or Florida, verified by a state-issued ID. We are unable to ship medications to states where we do not have licensed providers, unless under limited circumstances to continue care for an established patient. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as pharmacy processing, shipping, product availability, and completion of payment, which are beyond the control of Superior Health and Wellness.
