Upon booking your pre-screening call, you will receive intake forms for the Travel Medical Kit for your review and/or completion. These forms are required to be completed prior to your provider appointment.

Complete Provider Consult

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your provider appointment. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your kit if approved. During your appointment, a licensed Superior provider will personally review your medical history and current medications to ensure safe prescribing — selecting the right medications, applying any allergy substitutions, and tailoring your kit to your travel plans and health profile. No labs needed.

Once your prescription is approved and payment is processed, your kit ships directly from a licensed pharmacy. Shipping costs are calculated into the total kit cost and any additional fees or taxes will be confirmed during your order completion call with our Patient Care Coordinator.

No — new patients who reside in Texas and Florida are welcome. Simply complete the Travel Medical Kit order form to schedule your free consultation. A licensed Superior provider will review your medical history and ensure the kit is appropriate and safe for you before anything ships.

What if I have a drug allergy?

Every kit includes clinician-reviewed allergy substitutions. Common accommodations include substituting Doxycycline for Z-Pak (macrolide allergy), Ciprofloxacin for Bactrim (sulfa allergy), Triple Antibiotic Ointment for Bactroban (sulfa allergy), and removing Cephalexin and Augmentin for penicillin-allergic patients. Your provider reviews your full allergy profile during the consultation.

How long does it take to receive my kit?

Orders ship within 5–7 business days after your consultation is complete, your kit has been clinically approved, and payment has been processed. Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed during your order completion call. Specific medications may occasionally be subject to availability, and any delays will be communicated proactively.

Can I mix and match medications from different kit tiers?

Kit contents have been carefully curated by Dr. Skinner to deliver the most clinical value at each tier. Patients cannot mix-and-match across kits, but your provider can apply allergy-based substitutions and remove items that aren't appropriate for your individual health profile.

What is the Quad Kit pricing with and without EpiPens?

The Quad Kit is typically $1,295 when EpiPens are included. If EpiPens are removed, the price is reduced to $895. Final pricing depends on your kit configuration, EpiPen inclusion, and pharmacy fulfillment. Your provider will discuss options during your consultation.

How long are the kit medications good for?

Travel Medical Kits are recommended for use within one year of purchase to ensure effectiveness. Each medication will be dispensed with standard pharmacy-labeled expiration dates. Renewals require a new provider consultation to confirm the kit is still appropriate for your current health status.

Does purchasing a kit include follow-up care?

A Travel Medical Kit purchase includes the initial consultation required for prescribing, but does not include ongoing follow-up care beyond that consultation. If your health needs change or you need a kit renewal, a new consultation is required to ensure medications remain appropriate for you.
