What is the 12 Days of Superior Fitness Challenge?

What to Expect Over 12 Days

One workout. One focus. One step at a time.

Starting January 5th, you will receive one workout per day, delivered straight to your inbox. Each day features a focused exercise video led by Tommy and builds intentionally on the days before it.

The Challenge Structure

Designed to help you master the basics

  • Days 1–4: Arms and upper body

  • Days 5–8: Abs and core

  • Days 9–12: Legs and glutes

By the end of the challenge, you will have learned four exercises per area and built a complete one week strength routine you can continue using well beyond the 12 days.
