Weight loss medications like GLP-1 receptor agonists have changed how we approach metabolic health.

Dietary Fats and Nutrient Absorption

While total calorie intake may be reduced during weight loss, including moderate amounts of fats such as olive oil, avocados, nuts, and seeds can help support these functions.
