This allows us to review your medical history and current treatments to ensure the kit is safe for you. No lab work is needed, but you must share all medications and treatments you’re currently using.

    Already a Superior Patient?

    You can order a kit anytime. Just fill out the form on this page or use the Refill Request Form—make sure to select your kit type and list all current medications. If your health or medications have changed, please let us know so we can ensure the kit is still safe and appropriate for you.

  • Delivery and Shipment Information:

    • Orders will ship within 5–7 business days after payment has been processed.

    • The listed kit prices do not include shipping charges. These will be calculated and shared during your order completion call.

    • The specific medications and products included in your kit may vary depending on pharmacy availability. Any potential delays will be communicated during the order completion process.

    *Please note that your order is not complete until you’ve met with a provider, reviewed medical history, kit customization has been approved and payment has been processed.

  • The products included in our Travel Medical Kits have been thoughtfully curated by Dr. Skinner to deliver the most value to you. While patients cannot mix and match products from different kits, we do provide customized substitutions based on individual medical needs for the following items:

    Product Substitution Options:

    • Z-Pak (1 pack)

      • Substituted with Doxycycline 100mg (14 tablets) if macrolide allergy is present.

    • Bactrim DS (14 tablets)

      • Substituted with Ciprofloxacin 500mg (14 tablets) if sulfa allergy is present.

    • Bactroban 2% ointment/cream (15g)

      • Substituted with Triple Antibiotic Cream/Ointment (15g) if sulfa allergy is present.

    • Doxycycline 100mg (28 tablets)

      • Substituted with Z-Pak x2 if tetracycline allergy is present.

    • Cephalexin 500mg (42 capsules)

      • Removed if penicillin allergy is present.

    • Augmentin 875/125mg (28 tablets)

      • Removed if penicillin allergy is present.

    • Ciprofloxacin 500mg (28 tablets)

      • Substituted with Bactrim DS (28 tablets x2) if quinolone allergy is present.

    Kit Options and Pricing:

    • QUAD Kit: Typically $1725 (includes EpiPens).

      • Remove Epi-Pens: Price reduced to $1325

    Recommended Add-Ons for All Kits:

    The following over-the-counter (OTC) products are recommended for purchase separately or can be added through Superior Health and Wellness as a convenient addition to your kit:

    • Ibuprofen 200mg – 60 tablets

    • Acetaminophen 325mg – 60 tablets

    • Benadryl 25mg – 30 tablets

    • Omeprazole 20mg – 30 tablets
