Use caution and speak with your provider if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, history of stroke, arrhythmias, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorders, bleeding disorders, anatomical penile deformity, or history of priapism.

Avoid excessive alcohol use, as it may increase dizziness and blood pressure changes. Seek immediate medical care if you experience chest pain during sexual activity, vision changes, severe dizziness, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours.
